While overspray is inevitable, I found that it cleans up easily with 
goo gone or goof off. Therefore, it’s important to check product listings carefully to ensure it suits your specific needs. In my case, I initially intended to spray it on the ceiling, but the label on the can indicated that it only sprays upside down, contrary to what the website suggested.
Install Carpet in My Jeep
I recently used 3M Spray Adhesive 90 to install carpet in my Jeep, and the bond it created was strong and reliable. The same can be said for my project involving attaching matte black Formica to a workbench top and sides. Following the instructions closely, I applied two even coats of Hi-Strength 90 adhesive, allowing sufficient time for it to set up. We have successfully used it in California during summers with temperatures reaching 100 degrees Fahrenheit and as low as 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The spray dries within 4 seconds, so proper positioning is crucial. Keep in mind that repositioning or adjusting after 2 seconds is not possible. I encountered a few faulty spray nozzles that sprayed the product in wide and unintended areas, making it difficult to clean or wipe off. In such cases, we had to paint over the affected area.
Q: Is it weatherproof and waterproof after it cures?
A: The 3M Spray Adhesive 90 is not soluble in water; however, over time, exposure to water can cause the fabric to deteriorate. Occasional moisture exposure should be fine, but it’s best to avoid prolonged contact.
Q: Can it be used to bond wood to concrete?
A: Unfortunately, I cannot say for sure. But I’ve used 
liquid nails in e6000 vs liquid nails. It is excellent for securely attaching wood to concrete surfaces, providing a strong and durable bond.

A: 3M Spray Adhesive 90 has excellent bonding properties with various materials, as stated in the product information. For optimal results, spray a piece of metal, followed by spraying cloth, and allow both to dry for a few minutes to 20 minutes. Then press the two surfaces together, and they will securely stick. It can be used on multiple materials for various applications. If you are experiencing difficulty in keeping an automobile door rubber gasket in place, spraying the rubber gasket groove and the car door with this product, waiting for 10 minutes, and then installing the gasket should provide a strong bond. I’m not entirely sure about applying this product to a rubber sealant, but it is a superior alternative to traditional 
rubber cement (how strong is rubber cement).
Q: Will it effectively secure a suction cup for a car dash cam that keeps falling off?
A: It is doubtful that this product will bond to glass, which is necessary for securing a suction cup. Additionally, both surfaces need to be sprayed, making it challenging to apply neatly on your dashboard. You may want to consider using Velcro as an alternative solution.

A: It appears that you own an RV. Personally, I would not recommend using this product on my RV’s filon. There are other products I would try first. To ensure accurate information, it would be best to contact 3M directly.

3M Spray Adhesive 77 did the job, and I haven’t had any issues with it falling off.
Reattach the Liner in My Van
I recently used this adhesive to reattach the liner in my van. While it did the job, I found it a bit challenging to use for that specific purpose. However, I must mention that it was my first time working with such a product.
Impressive Results
I was working with 4-way stretch spandex to wrap an armor/base. I sprayed both the foam and fabric, allowing me to pull the fabric over the foam easily. The results were impressive, especially for smoother surfaces. However, on textured surfaces, the tension caused by pulling the fabric over the foam could cause it to come up in between raised points.
Air bubbles were not a significant issue, which was a relief considering the curved surface I was working with.
Glue Back up the Roof Liner
Another successful application of this adhesive was when I used it to glue back up the roof liner in my old car. The results were impressive. However, I learned the hard way that it’s crucial to mask off anything you don’t want to adhere because once it’s sprayed on, it’s ON!
